Refund Policy

At PLUS Aero Wheels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance carbon fiber wheelset. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • 7-Day Window: You may return your Purchase within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Condition: To qualify, the wheelset must be in its original condition, unused, and unridden.

  • Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included and undamaged.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or invoice is required to initiate any return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Refunds and returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Used Items: Any wheelset that has been fitted to a bike or ridden.

  • Custom Orders: Hand-built wheels made to specific customer requirements are generally final sale, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

  • Wear and Tear: Damage from normal use, improper maintenance, or crashes is excluded.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeframe: Approved refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Defective Goods: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Lifetime Warranty

Every PLUS Aero Wheelset includes a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing faults.

  • This covers structural defects in the rim, hub shell, and spokes.

  • It does not cover "consumable" wear, such as brake surface depletion or bearing wear after extensive use.
