Quality Control
Every Plus Carbon Fiber Wheelsets undergoes rigorous quality control at multiple stages of production — from carbon layup to final tensioning. Each rim is visually inspected for resin flow, surface integrity, and layup consistency before moving to precision CNC drilling. We balance spoke tensions within a ±2% tolerance using digital tensiometers and verify lateral and radial trueness under load, not just statically. Hubs are torqued and checked for smoothness, preload, and alignment with laser-guided calibration tools. Final assemblies are validated by hand and machine, simulating real-world torque and terrain stresses. No wheel ships without a full QC log and individual serial number, guaranteeing traceability and accountability for every unit.
