1. Ordering

• All orders are placed directly via WhatsApp on 083 882 1308. There is no online checkout or shopping cart.
• Tell us the wheelset model, your hub preference, any upgrades and your location. We will confirm availability, pricing and lead time.
• Standard builds are completed within 5-10 working days depending on component availability.
• Express builds may be possible on request.

2. Payment

• Payment is by EFT (bank transfer) only. We do not process credit cards on this website.
• All orders are proforma - full payment must be received before dispatch or collection.
• We do not offer dealer credit terms. No exceptions.
• A proforma invoice will be sent via WhatsApp or email for your records.

3. Shipping & Collection

• We ship via courier to all major centres in South Africa. Shipping costs and lead times depend on your location.
• Collection from Basement 983, Olivedale, Johannesburg is free of charge and by appointment.
• Courier delivery to major centres typically takes 1-3 working days after dispatch.
• Shipping costs are quoted separately and are not included in the wheelset price.
• Risk passes to the buyer upon collection or upon handover to the courier.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Custom-built wheelsets are made to order and are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
• Components and accessories in original, unused condition may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee.
• Used tubeless tyres must be cleaned by the customer before return. Uncleaned tyres will not be accepted.
• Returns must be arranged via WhatsApp before sending anything back.

5. Warranty

• PLUS Aero wheelsets carry a lifetime structural warranty when serviced by PLUS Aero every 12 months.
• Without the annual service record, the structural warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover crash or impact damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or maintenance.
• Exceeding the stated rider weight limit voids the warranty and risks structural failure.
• Car exhaust heat damage (carbon deforms at ~200C, exhausts reach ~500C) is not covered by warranty.
• Warranty claims must be submitted via WhatsApp with proof of purchase, service history and photos of the issue.
• QO Bike Components carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty.

6. Wheel Servicing

• We recommend a full service annually: spoke tension check, rim true, hub service and tubeless refresh.
• For riders doing over 5,000km per year or racing regularly, a tension check every 6 months is recommended.
• Services are carried out at Basement 983, Olivedale, by appointment.
• Tubeless fitment is free. Sealant is charged separately.
• PLUS Aero accepts no liability for tyres, sealant or tubeless setup provided by the customer.

7. Liability

• Carbon wheelsets are high-performance equipment. Riders must observe weight limits and service intervals.
• PLUS Aero is not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from improper use, exceeding weight limits, or failure to service wheels as recommended.
• Stop riding immediately if a spoke breaks or the wheel is significantly out of true. Continued riding on a damaged wheel is at your own risk.

8. Pricing

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of order is the price that applies.
• Hub upgrades (RS180SL, 60T ratchet) are optional and priced separately.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated date shown above.
